The Rules of The House

Welcome to Mocshi (pronounced Mo-she). By using our website and purchasing our goods, you are agreeing to the following terms. These rules are in place to ensure everything runs as smoothly as a British Shorthair’s coat.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, you’re still welcome to look at pictures of the CEO, but you probably shouldn’t buy any hoodies.

2. The "CEO Approved" Guarantee

Everything we sell is a "one-stop" everyday essential. While Mocshi personally vets every fabric for softness via his "Royal Nap Test," please remember that our products are made for humans, not cats. (Though your cat will likely try to sit on them—we consider that a compliment).

3. Orders & Payments

  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. If the humans send your package to the wrong house because you typed it wrong, Mocshi cannot be held responsible (he doesn't have thumbs to fix it).

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a price changes after you buy, we cannot offer a "price match" against a future nap-time sale.

4. Print-on-Demand & Custom Items

Because we are a one-stop shop for custom everyday fits, many of our items are made specifically for you when you order.

  • Production Time: Please allow [Insert Number] business days for the humans to print and prep your item under Mocshi's supervision.

  • Cancellations: Once an order moves to the "printing" phase, it cannot be canceled. The CEO has already signed off on it!

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to [Insert Countries/Regions]. Once the package leaves our paws and enters the hands of the courier, delivery times are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or delivery drivers being distracted by other cute cats.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Change of Mind: Because many items are custom-made, we do not offer returns for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing. Please consult the Size Guide before you buy!

The name Mocshi, our logos, and the handsome face of our CEO are protected. You may not use our branding or photos to start your own feline-led empire without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mocshi (the brand) is not liable for any indirect damages that occur from wearing our clothes—unless that "damage" is simply looking too good and making your friends jealous.
